Long Island School of Music

In the town of Bayshore, New York, an old property is being renovated. The land we've been given to work with is adjacent to a ravine, several local businesses, and a neighborhood. We are given 5 different options to work with, I choose to work on a theatre, one that also acted as a school. This included having to design an auditorium and outdoor area capable of hosting shows with up to 200 guests attending in each area. There was also the inclusion of a cafe that can be separate or attached.
